Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Expert Appliance Repair ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Expert Appliance Repair operates as a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed appliance repair professionals. We do not directly provide appliance repair services.
Important: We are a referral platform, not a repair company. All repair work is performed by independent contractors who are not our employees.
Nature of Relationship
Independent Contractors
All service providers in our network are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Expert Appliance Repair. Each contractor:
- Operates their own independent business
- Is responsible for their own licensing and insurance
- Sets their own prices and terms
- Is solely responsible for the quality of their work
- Handles all customer service issues related to their work
Our Role
Our role is limited to:
- Receiving your service request
- Matching you with contractors in our network
- Facilitating initial contact between you and the contractor
We do not supervise, direct, or control the contractors' work. All agreements regarding service, pricing, and warranties are between you and the contractor directly.
User Responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Verify the contractor's licensing and insurance before work begins
- Negotiate pricing and terms directly with the contractor
- Pay the contractor directly for services rendered
- Resolve any disputes with the contractor directly
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We make no warranties or representations about:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by contractors
- The truth or accuracy of contractor listings or descriptions
- The ability of contractors to perform services
- The qualifications, background, or licensing of contractors
While we make reasonable efforts to vet contractors in our network, we do not guarantee their performance, workmanship, or compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPERT APPLIANCE REPAIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
We are not responsible for:
- Property damage caused by contractors
- Personal injury resulting from contractor services
- Disputes between you and contractors
- Contractor failure to perform or complete work
- Pricing disputes or payment issues
- Warranty claims or service guarantees
- Contractor misconduct or negligence
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our referral service is to stop using the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expert Appliance Repair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of our service
- Your interactions with contractors
- Any work performed by contractors you hire through our service
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
Payment and Fees
Our referral service is free for homeowners. You do not pay us for connecting you with contractors.
All payment for repair services is made directly to the contractor. We are not involved in pricing, billing, or payment collection for repair work.
Transparency Notice: We may receive compensation from contractors for successful referrals. This does not affect the price you pay for services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between you and contractors must be resolved directly with the contractor. We are not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofUnited States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Expert Appliance Repair regarding the use of our service.
